Wabash Group Consulting is a boutique fundraising consultancy founded by Seth Beer, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in development and donor advising. The firm partners with progressive organizations and donors to design and execute tailored fundraising strategies built on strong, long-term relationships with donors, foundations, and advisors.
Under Seth’s leadership, Wabash Group Consulting creates bespoke approaches that connect programs and fundraising, helping organizations tell a more compelling story and sharpen their impact.
Before founding Wabash Group Consulting, Seth served as Senior Vice President of Development at NextGen America and was a founding partner of GiveGreen in the States. He has held senior development roles at the League of Conservation Voters, Democracia USA, and RepresentUs, and consulted for organizations including UnidosUS, New Democratic Network, Define American, and the Democracy Alliance. He has also advised some of the largest progressive funders on maximizing the impact of their giving.
Born and raised in Indiana, Seth is a proud Hoosier and a Ball State University graduate. Seth now lives and works in New York City with his fiancé, Jason.
